He served in various executive positions such as CEO, CFO, COO, and consultant for development and finance institutions. He is the founding officer for Guardian Co-operative Bank, Bangalore, India in 1997 and Urwego Opportunity Bank, Rwanda.
Ross T. Nathan is a senior executive with more than 23 years of experience in financial inclusion, microfinance, and development finance across Africa and Asia. Throughout his career, he has led complex operations, built high-performing teams, and developed scalable financial solutions for underserved communities. As Group Chief Operating Officer of Chancen International, Ross oversees operational excellence, organizational development, and strategic implementation across the group. He brings extensive expertise in scaling mission-driven organizations and translating strategy into sustainable impact.
