We use blended finance to match different types of capital to different roles within the financing structure.
Catalytic and philanthropic capital can support innovation, first-loss protection, guarantees, technical assistance, and market development. Institutional and impact-oriented capital can help finance larger pools of student financing once structures are sufficiently developed and supported by appropriate governance, reporting, and portfolio management systems.
