Maurice Nduranu
Maurice Nduranu, (CHAIR) has over 20 years of Senior Management experience, having served in leadership roles with public infrastructure consulting firm DPFG, asset manager firm African Alliance and the pioneer global impact investment fund, Acumen. Maurice is a member of the Institute of Directors, Kenya, and board chairman of CPF Financial Services Ltd, a Kenyan public pension administrator.
Maurice Nduranu is an investment executive and Board leader with more than two decades of experience across private equity, financial services, and development finance in Africa. He has led regional investment funds, advised high-growth businesses, and served on multiple corporate boards, bringing deep expertise in capital raising, portfolio management, governance, and strategic growth. As Board Chair of Chancen Africa HoldCo, Maurice provides independent leadership to the Board and supports the organization in advancing its mission while maintaining strong governance and long-term sustainability.
