She has advised investment teams and boards on sustainability, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and responsible investment, bringing deep expertise in governance, risk management, and long-term value creation to Chancen Africa HoldCo.

Most recently, she served as Head of ESG and Chief Compliance Officer at Genesis Investment Management, where she advised investment teams and boards on sustainability, stewardship, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She has led the development of responsible investment frameworks, governance policies, and risk management systems while engaging extensively with institutional investors and fund boards. Her experience in governance, compliance, and sustainable investment brings valuable insight to Chancen Africa HoldCo’s long-term growth and risk management.
