Gladys Mutisya
Gladys leads our team and operations in Kenya. She oversaw the set up of our operations in 2023 and growth to 1,000+ Members and 10+ partnerships with education partners as well as a strategic partnership with University Fund.
With 18+ years of experience in financial products and business development in the banking and microfinance sectors, Gladys has dedicated her career to expanding educational opportunities for underserved populations. As the former Director of Leap Programme, she led initiatives that supported low-income youth in accessing higher education.
