Since 2011, she has worked primarily with universities in both South Africa and the Netherlands to support their internationalization and research efforts, leveraging her expertise across areas such as strategic and operational planning, organizational design and governance, HR and financial management.
Fiona Grant is a seasoned executive and organizational development leader with more than 30 years of experience across the private, non-profit, and higher education sectors. She has held senior leadership and chief executive positions, guiding organizations through strategic growth, operational transformation, and institutional strengthening. Her expertise encompasses governance, organizational design, strategic planning, human capital development, and financial management, with a particular focus on education and mission-driven organizations. Through her advisory work, Fiona continues to support institutions in building effective, accountable, and sustainable operations.
