Edwin Lehoahoa
Edwin leads our team and operations in South Africa. He has overseen Chancen South Africa's launch and expansion, growing our support to 1,300+ Members and partnerships with 10 education partners, including a strategic partnership with public universities through IFSAP.
Edwin has 15 years of experience in product development, strategy, and data analysis in the youth employment and education space. Prior to Chancen, he held management roles in the youth employment space including at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator - a prominent South African NGO.
