Ariane has led the set up and scaling of our Rwanda operations to become our largest market, serving 7,000+ Members across 21+ partner education institutions. Ariane also leads on a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Education of Rwanda, collaboration on national quality standards.
With nearly a decade in youth empowerment, partnership management, and programme design including at the renowned Akilah Institute for Women, Ariane has been central to building Chancen Rwanda from its earliest stages as employee #3, gradually building the team and growing our operations over the last 7 years.
