After graduation, Samuel Waruguru struggled with short-term jobs and fading confidence. “I had been sitting idle, hopeless, and lacked the courage to apply for jobs,” he recalls.

A friend introduced him to Chancen and the Income Share Agreement (ISA), which allowed him to enroll in a Solution Architecture course with NextStep Foundation. The support reignited his confidence, and he secured employment even before the course began.

Today, Samuel thrives as a Technical Trainer at Kiambu Institute of Science & Technology, using the skills he gained to inspire and excel in his career.
