Regine dreamt of pursuing higher education but could not due to insurmountable financial barriers. Through Chancen International’s Income Share Agreement (ISA), she was finally able to study Logistics and Business Operations without the immediate pressure of paying tuition fees.
“The ISA gave me the freedom to focus on my studies without worrying about fees. Someone believed in me, and now it’s my turn to support the next generation,” she shares.
Today, Regine works as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at Rwanda Civil Society Platform, using her skills to grow professionally while staying connected with the Chancen community and inspiring others to pursue their dreams.
