As someone passionate about education and personal growth, Erison once thought his dream of higher learning was out of reach due to financial challenges. That changed when he discovered Chancen International. Through the Income Share Agreement (ISA), he enrolled at Kepler University, where he gained not only academic knowledge but also practical skills that prepared him for the professional world.
“The Income Share Agreement is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity because it doesn’t have as many restrictions as people might think. It’s a chance for everyone to go back to school. If it were not for Chancen, I wouldn’t have been able to study,” Erison shares.
Today, Erison works as a Program Officer at The Fred Hollows Foundation, an international NGO working to end avoidable blindness. He is thriving in his role, applying the skills and confidence he built through Kepler and Chancen’s support.
